About Me I am a Professor at the University of Michigan Dearborn whose research and teaching interests lie at the intersection of feminist economics, postcolonial studies, development, and international political economy. I am the author of Fragments of Development: Nation, Gender and the Space of Modernity, and co-author of Liberating Economics: Feminist Perspectives on Families, Work and Globalization (2nd ed.), as well as numerous articles and chapters in interdisciplinary journals such as International Feminist Journal of Politics, Rethinking Marxism, Review of Radical Political Economics, and Signs.
